Our flagship project, a 170 m² home in Belgium, exemplifies this vision. It has been designed to meet Passive House standards, ensuring maximum insulation and energy efficiency. The core structure was assembled by our team of experienced mechanical engineers in just 2.5 days — a testament to the efficiency and precision of our modular construction process. Following the initial assembly, we collaborate with a network of reliable subcontractors, each specializing in their respective fields, to deliver a fully finished, move-in-ready home.
